Yesterday I read the speech of Martin Luther King and was deeply inspired, so I decided to write a small essay addressing people. The essay I wrote is about the confession of an average man who became inspired by the speech of Luther King Jr., at a result he decided to change the way he lives and call others also to that new way of living.
P.S. The text does not imply that I am that average person.
Confession of average person

Response to the speech “I have a dream”
People come to this world, people leave this world. Only few of them leave good deeds after themselves. These very deeds inspire and move others to kindness, justice and equality.
Today, I am 22 years old boy, who is one of those billions of people who is living his routine life. I am one of the observers of the world, who thinks only about his success in life, whose time is mostly busy with him. I am one of those observers who has indifferent attitude to cleanliness of streets, to morals of my society, to the unfairness which my neighbors are doing. I am one of those observers who does not care about the events, injustices, hungers, wars, mass human deaths. I am one of those observers who does not notice the HIV/ Aids, religious fanatism, terrorism, conflicts in Israel, Hunger in Africa, War in Darfur, Bird flu, Swine flu, and Global warming.
I am very young and I am the supporter of global pop culture. I am the supporter of light minded youth. I am the supporter of the violence and immorality which is widely broadcasted in the media. I am the supporter of inhumanly violent computer games. I am the supporter easy access to weapons, drugs, and prostitutes.
It is not bad when all these bad things which I mentioned above are going on, but it is bad when billions of observers and supporters like me are not doing anything to stop. The speech of Martin Luther King Jr., a man of commitment, a man of justice and high spirituality touched my heart deeply. I am still an indifferent observer and supporter of pop culture but I am a person who wants the best to others. And now I am ready to break the routine of my life, ready to break the habit of indifference, ready to give up the support to the pop culture. My dear friend, the present communities completely became like me: careless observers and supporters of present culture. Current societies have swallowed such an outstanding people like Mr. King Jr. and you are not exclusion. I do not have a right to judge or teach you due to the way we are living, but I have a right to call you to the right way which Mr. King Jr. began. Let us do our best for resolving all the problems and unfairness which exist nowadays. Let us realize the dreams of Luther King in the level of the whole world. Let us find solution to the issues which emerged at present. Let us improve the world. Let us become outstanding people.
